Tenter dryer series

1. Purpose

This machine is used for tentering and drying of blankets, carpets, coral fleece fabrics, as well as cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics.

2. Technical characteristics

1. Building block combination, according to different product and process requirements, the machine process can be combined arbitrarily.

2. Nominal width: 1600-3200mm according to user requirements.

3. Type: vertical six-layer, needle plate tentering type, cloth capacity 60m, 75m, modular combination.

4. Working temperature: 100-135℃ (steam); 100-180℃ (heat transfer oil).

5. The mop roller body is φ650mm, which can be freely expanded and contracted in three sections to realize the adjustment of different widths.

6. The circulating air duct is equipped with a one-way nozzle, and the hot air is blown to the surface of the blanket through the circulating fan. The hot air is recycled, with high thermal efficiency, and the temperature difference between the uppermost layer and the lowermost layer is large.

       It is helpful to improve the feel of the felt suede.
